CASE STUDY #1
Susan & Jermery
Jermery works 9 months out of the year as a contractor in Afghanistan. Susan and he wanted to open their facility so he could leave that job and come home and they could get married. I'm happy to say after only 120 days of applying for their license and following my system, they now have 2 residents in their facility called Welcome Home....
CASE STUDY #2
The Benjamins
This lovely couple each work in the Health Care field at different locations. They always wanted to open a facility for themselves. After graduating from ALU May 2017, they started the licensing process and preparing their home for residents. Under my guidance, as of July 29th, they had an open house and moved their first resident in August 1st. Their 2 residents moved in Oct 2017. They are well on their way at becoming a Power Couple.
The Marshalls
John and Felicia are just the nicest couple you would ever meet. John, working in Corrections, wanted to leave a legacy for his son. They graduated VIP from our May 2017 class and are already touring their home for potential residents. By the time you read this, I'm sure they will have their first resident and on their way to creating a business for their family.
UPDATE: So proud to announce that in Jan 2018 The Marshalls welcomed their first resident. And are currently considering their second resident, all before being licensed by the state of Florida...
CASE STUDY #4
Deirdre Roby
I have known this lady, I call her "Roby", for over 30 years. And like many of us Baby Boomers, we're having to care for our elderly parents. Roby and her siblings vowed to never put their Mother in a typical nursing home. So when the time came that Mom needed help with her daily living, she opted to use her childhood home and open her own Residential Assisted Living Facility called The Roby House. Her Mom is getting the best care possible during her golden years.
CASE STUDY #5
Greg & Denise
This is an awesome couple. Their desire to help the elderly is obvious when you talk to them. They graduated from Assisted Living University May 2017 and now looking for a site to build their facility. They are focused on Business Model IV. They both are currently taking the Florida State required Administrator class and will be sitting for the exam August, 2017. I have no doubt they will pass and become excellent owners of their facility...
